· Always listen to your gut, it is your guardian angel and is never wrong

· Learn to say “ NO”

· Technology gives us a 24/7 speed, so slow down, calm your mind, good things happen if you stay grounded in life.

· Be less intense with demands in life....Calm down

· It’s not always URGENT, it can be done in time

· Don’t always go for the next big thing, and remember that it is a fact that history repeats itself

· Everything is marketing

· Don’t follow the same plan, it lets the past drive the future

· Be Creative not useless in a stressed body

· Don’t worry about what other people are doing...

· Try to cut back on Meetings...Go and Do It rather and Make money and a strong network.

· Meet people interact; there is a life beyond our computer screens.

· No one reads reports, show them rather. Reports take forever and seconds to forget.

· Your ideas may be great, but it is the execution of those ideas that count

· Do not kill yourself when working on anything.

· Follow your passion

· Live it or leave it

· Stop this ASAP shit.

· Eat

· Get Sleep

· Laugh

· Value your friendships

· Remember that everyone has their own cross to bear not just you!

· Have quiet time and get into nature

· Spend time with animals

· Shut up and have a good time....ALL the Time

· LISTEN.................Really Listen.......Stop interrupting we do it all the time
